Indeed, excellent soloist, i have 3 songs from this album,don't know what happened to the rest of the songs.

I think the old timers know how good Laurent is, i don't know whether it's Marchouse who confirmed on tv or its someone else that Laurent is the who played the lead guitar intro(with distortion) on Ferre's Maboko Pamba,am sure he must have done more than that on the album since Marchouse said Laurent is one of the guitarists he respects.

Pretty sur Tex wasn't happy about that!! And from what I hear every now and then it's actually Kinanga Boeing who used to come up with those ideas(first Group Album,strike while on tours,etc...)then he'd approch Lofombo,knowing Lofombo was close to the KADIMA trio(mainly Pepe kalle) and one of the "ayant droit"!!

Laurent is good,but I still Doris was my fav. In Empire

I see. It was Lofombo and Boeing 737 who were the people behind this project.

I believe Papy Tex, Dilu Dilumona and Pepe Kalle were already starting to have tensions but it must have grown when delta force came to the fold.
