it's seems that will not give his musicians the oppertunity to put songs in the album Qu'est Ce Que J'avais Dit

Why not?? He has to because a couple  musicians have already
announced  they have songs like Djeny, Guy Digital (he has two) and Mao. Ferre himself said he's not doing another solo rhumba and sebene album until 2017.

jdog ,be careful with hervé lol thats the third time in his career musicians are supposed to have songs,i think he is not ready for that( i mean he does not feel his band ready for that yet) or maybe another reason
qu est ce que j avais dit is most likely another solo album,especially as he said fans wanted him to release sooner than  4 years after previous album,if it was in his plans to let the guys have songs he'd have said " i am working on new album where some musicians have a couple of songs" but he described that album like a full album of his even deciding that one cd would be be made only of slow tracks

They don't come any stingier than Ferre...
