he says he was really hurt by carine's claims and  when he went to censorship to  present them dvds or ingeta in order to get authorization to promote clips he asked them what happened about that concert,and they explained to him that they suspended clip first because clip was promoted on tv without ever being presented to censorship and they sent him several invitations to come and present his clip and discuss a couple of things and he never came so when he wanted to do a "ya mado" concert whereas its suspended it was like he messed with them and him yanki asked if its true that werra and fally did something the censorship guys said clearly no,and when he mentioned the name of carine mokonzi having spread it they replied" who is she" and if carine or anybody wants to prove the contrary he's ready to go with that person at censorship as ask together
and he asks fans what could have pissed werra more between ferre doing clip with a lookalike of werra or fabregas having a concert and that if what ferre did really bother maison mere fans especially the most passionate ones they would have caused havoc at ferre's rehearsal place which is not far at all from la zamba
he gives advice to young musicians who are starting their solo careers and having a bit of success not to think that to exist well they have to eliminate older guys because when wenge started being succesful,koffi,wemba,zaiko and co were still around and are still there
and anyway there is not a huge gap of age between clan wenge  and the younger guys so he does not understand why someof the young guys want them to disappear so that they can succed even more, and says them young guys still have plenty of time ahead so why are they seeing wenge guys as a threat and he praises fally for doing tribute to clan wenge,zaiko and quartier latin in his generiques

Based on what Yanki has said, it seems anyone can just do anything, does the censorship board have the right to block concerts and using what law? The concert though themed ''Concert Ya mado'' doesn't mean the whole concert was going to be showcasing the particular dance 'ya mado' moreover, i have never heard of any law anywhere in the world which stops citizens from dancing in a particular way, yes, most countries have law that bars indecent exposure but on dances, this is just weird!!

and whats quite funny in their "punishment" is that when they ban a dance normally the group has  60 days of ban  aswell
if you remember for example when they banned mpunda and jb changed to lola and so on  at the first concert he played after the days of ban(he did not complete the 60's just like 20 thanks to intervention of some people,just like fabregas),jb clearly challenged them to ban again,he said something like " alors sikoyo to lobi lola yo yaka lisusu"(so now we did amataka na lola,come bother us again)
