most of the group members wanted to release three songs in december,one generique,one rumba and one sebene song, he goes and says no boss you are jb aka the best artist of universe blah blah you dont need to do that....boom,project rejected
seguin promises studio extracts and actually goes to record it,roger who was meant to promote it,does not do it and goes to lie to jb who agrees with his decision
i talked about a big fan protest which started two three monts ago and fans wanted to meet him at his restaurant to tell him all they disagree with,he rejects their approach which they had actually done peacefully,despite being more "agressive" in some concerts with for example cellulaire,and calls them plastic fans and  overall gives them a very arrogant response
jb was meant to be on tv last sunday with this time the studio extracts and debut a proper promotion by jb himself like he did with soyons serieux,roger goes to report him what happened with fans and convinces jb to cancel the interview at last minute
he is a very jealous guy who does not like some people becoming too close to jb,except for example kibens who jb knew since second year of primary school,or seguin or ya fifi ficarré

You see Archos, JB Mpiana is the real mess himself and not Roger Ngandu. A proper manager chooses when to listen to his subordinate (s). I can guess there are a lot of disgruntled members of bcbg and fans, that one day, fans
will start throwing stones at bcbg concerts. Thats when jb will realise what kind of mess he has put himself in. This is why at concerts all he does is play nungu nungu because he is not training his staff adequately by allowing them to release songs. He is wasting the time of good artists like abraham mignon. And surely, these guys should just do a defection and leave him with the same spoilers like ngandu et kibense.

Roger et mikulis have overstayed around jb and this makes them behave like brothers which makes it difficult for the boss to fire anyone.

other than that i always wonder how leaders take this seriously what their " staff" says,for example koffi wanted to organize a public reconcliation stuff with jb,through governor of kinshasa andré kimbuta who is very close to jb(making it public would have certainly made him boost his image) and staff guys told him" no you are the boss,you are always right" and stuff like that and he abandoned

This is why I think the lack of serious education contributes in some of these artists. I mean how does he stop talking to you once you tell him about pulling up his socks? Secondly, kindly show him this website, and show him how to translate using online translation.  He will do changes once he reads what we say on the forum.

Actually jb thinks he is as popular as he was when he depicted Maison mere drowning in the titanic. You cant be popular with mediocre artists.

only one who i am close to who is not like that is wazekwa,who will listen to you,even if he does not agree,and if he does he will remind you later and thank you
