I watched the video of the young promoter. His video is a response to the negative messages he gotten on Facebook. It's evident that he lacks experience of organizing venues with big artists, so he mostly emphasizes on how all these people came out to see Koffi and, as a result of misunderstandings and the prior incompetence of Ivorian artists and promoters, these sort of issues occur.
In summation:
Fans - fathers, mothers, kids from all over came out and waited from 17h to 3h for Koffi. The dancers and Cindy did the opening, which, he states, did not impress the crowd because they waited so long to see Koffi. He subtly disses the dancers for their appearance/behaviors and Cindy.
He says never has a big artist left the podium in middle of packed concert the way Koffi did, not even Michael Jackson. The issues stem from higher up with the contract he signed he with Commdant Wattao and his associates, so why should the audience suffer the consequences?
He then states, where does it exist in modern times that a concert can be held without someone filming? (I don't think he acknowledged the difference between amateur phone filming and professional filming, which cause the problem.)
He lastly offered his apologies for the disappointment of the audience and for some petty theft that occurred at the venue.

I lived in Cote D'ivoire for some time, these sort of contract issues are all too common; it's being publicized cause it's Koffi not some Coupe Décale DJ.
