He starts with a bit of humor on how people will not really care about artists if they are way too calm in interviews
he is asked about what he thinks about recent dancers as a choreographer and says ya mado is a good dance although only a remake of something already used in the past and says dance and animation go together,if there is a strong animation matching a dance it has greater chance to suceed and vice versa
he liked the dances of  fally's generiques with maitre madova and he also liked the conception of ferre's seben
he is the one who coached the first dancers of quartier latin and they were all  15 years old or so back then and he is asked about how dancers were stars in the past but not really now and he says first reason is that they used to get promoted properly on tv and today leaders do not promote dancers that much because they fear their rivals will get them and reveals that a lot of musicians did spiritual harm to each other through those merry go rounds of dancers and gives a counterexample with how fabregas promotes ya mado dancers
he says many dancers' lives are a complete shambles now because they have been overused into spiritual reasons and look so old now whereas they are still very young and many are forced out of groups and    struggle a lot
also many artists have abandoned  dancers in various african countries and he invites ministry of culture to do something about the status of dancers because there are so many who were abandoned or who even died without people knowing and  regrets how some ferre dancers left in angola and now are hustling to survive
he says he does a lot of work on the  dancers he has and had with him and makes sure they are different from those examples he mentioned above and he thinks the 9 dancers he has with him now are the best because they are only about dancing they can dress whatever you'll see the skills whereas most current dancers about thighs and big bottoms
he is asked whether there is a need of black magic to create skil and he says no its all about hard work and creativity and papa wemba called him ndoki ya ndombe(black magician) because of how he surprised him he created a choreography in paris just two days before olympia while papa wemba was in states and when he showed it to wemba he was amazed as both the choreography and the music to go with it were great
he says he does not do black magic and is happy with however the Almighty wants him to be whether he'd remain like he is today not very rich or maybe better

I think he's wrong to suggest musicians have abandoned dancers abroad, the same dancers decide to stay after concerts and that is why the likes of Koffi used to lock them up in their hotel rooms. It's not long ago when Ferre lost musicians in Angola including dancers and one dancer actually gave an interview where she even condemned Ferre's management officials for the bad treatment of staff, she said Ferre himself is a good person just his stuff and this is what some former singers and atalukus have said too and the name they have all mentioned is Vasco Mabiala who is Ferre's Marketing Director and is allegedly the person who holds the musicians passports.
