But I believe Mopao should have helped him....maybe put him in a rehab or something. For I think his descent started after he had done the fence. His last days must have been filled with so much misery. He was such a great talent .  I always feel pity for him. He should be held responsible for his actions and inactions but I feel he should have been helped still.
Yes, I quite understand the risk management stuff, artists can put anybody in jeopardy especially the indisciplined ones.
Bouro is another person whose case is worrisome...for me.

Thanks  Matebu5, that is the clip! I was so embarrassed and that was only time I ever saw it. I could not bring myself to watch it again.  I believe artists should try groom themselves well. They are public figures and they would surely cross regions, borders and countries.  They should not limit themselves to only their locality.  Being educated is key but it is not an excuse for those who didn't get proper education not to groom themselves and become better. One person I really respect is Felix Wazekwa!  That man commands a lot of respect; he is refined.  Koffi's education has only helped him in running his business(es) well for most of the time , he acts like an illiterate.

Bouro's English is cool. How I wish Ferre could speak like that. Mopao can speak English, he is just pretending since pretense is his wont at all times . I think Fally writes better than he speaks. This is not to despise Werra but I do not think he can say "come" in English just to save his life. There was an old clip that i watched some years back where he was to say some few lines in English and he messed everything up. It was so embarrassing. There was someone behind the camera telling him what to say in English yet Werra kept messing up.

Congolese Music / Re: ONE RARE DANCE SONG BY THE LATE MARIE MISAMU

The Music Director, the Director of Photography and the Editor messed up the beauty of this medley with their horrible choice of shots and and camera angles. Very disturbing to the eyes. Poorly shot video.

Like that track like anything:  Balia Ngando. Only God knows what has happened to Blaise Bula over the years. He has not released any album ever since....Does anyone have an inkling of what is happening or has happened to this man's music career?

Nice music video: the colourful and classy costumes. The dancers are not shabbily dressed. The Cultura guys too are  well dressed. Set/background is in brilliant colours...Cool natural lighting...Simple and graceful choreography.

I think I get your point now.Still, you do not  have to  get unnecessarily personal. Like you have said now: you are close to Ferre. You can come out to pleasantly  defend him whenever you  see people talking him down. You give us what you know about him and his works and I feel that would  be just  fine. Even questions can be directed at you about him( Ferre).I do not think any other artiste has ever recieved proper bashing and dress down like JB Mpiana has got  on this forum. I'm sure his fans are also here too but they won't draw daggers. We are all fans of Congolese Music and artistes. Please, calm down.  There is no point being disagreeable over mere comments from fellow forum members.
Lastly, please can you translate that statement/proverb you wrote in Lingala? Not everyone here speaks or understands Lingala. Thanks

Pole Pistion, this is why it is called a forum. You do not  have to throw words around and be unnecessarily personal in your comment.  If you have got a contrary fact/view/info about what others have said about a particular artiste, you say it. We are all here to learn from one another.

So sorry about that.  My sincere sympathy. May God give him the fortitude to bear the loss.

Boloke is trying but I'm  not feeling him in this recording at all. He has got a good voice but I am still not really feeling him as an atalaku. Kabuya is, for me, the best amongst Fally's Atalakus- anytime  any day!

Ok. Let's see how the whole thing plays out then.  :)
