things went for manda exactly like he planned  in october  he said he'd do promotion of 6 songs of his album on radios and then do a great live show  to sing some legendary songs of various artists then start tv promotion of album and official release, and today i saw him on tv with the album poster for the first time

 in short he says that donor and politician francis kalombo had taken him with him when he left wenge  to join wenge musica aile paris but at that time musicians were not in the same cities so he did not have faith on that project so he went to join viva la musica and months after when he was meant to be presented as an official viva member mobutu's children kongolo aka saddam hussein  ordered that manda is taken back to kin along with marie paul and co (as he had fall out with 4X4)
he also explains how he ended up in the first steps of nouvelle ecriture, reddy recruited musicians so that he can perform with them whenever he goes back to kin since the whole viva team was settled in paris, so that team had the likes of manda,patcheko and co and then one time papa wemba came and they toured together in congo  and it was also the debut of late alpatchino,then after it became the group nouvelle ecriture
 he says what he has learned from papa wemba the most is humility and naty( who seems to attack clan wenge a lot these days to please koffi who he got closer to recently,like he kinda did the other way round aswell in the past months) says "but you  wenge guys are big headed"
he says that a musician told him after papa's death that he lost hope for life and will be getting drunk often and he told him  to keep going and to do a lot of good things  so that the day he is not alive anymore people will have good memories of him
 he is asked about koffi not being alllowed to papa's funerals and says he is too young to get involved in that but all he can say is that koffi can learn from this and improve his relationship with other musicians before dying its not too late and says to musicians in general that they should not be 'ashamed" of trying to act better towards each other people will not boo them they'll rather applaud them
they have been into polemic for too long and competition about each other's wealth but in reality it has not benefited them at all on the purely human field and he says the day he dies every artist should be allowed because while he is alive he has no problem with any of them and papa wemba's death has motivated to even improve on that if possible
he says he will be release his album after papa's 40th day post-death ceremony because apart from the artistic aspect papa wemba is from the tetela ethnic group like him but in their ethnic ghroup they are not tribalists and tells naty " you are a tetela but you work with fally and not me" so it proves we are not tribalist (and naty is embarassed like always when someone mentions on tv the fact he is very close to fally)

Why would he get embarrassed whenever people put it to him that he is close to Fally ? Fally mentions his name in almost all his songs so why the pretence?

 i think he likes to give image that he is neutral even though for example he clearly never has interviews with members of ferre's group,or unless they leave ferre's groups( but he is not who has to do like that to please an artist)
hahaha manda he justs can say something true without going a bit overboard,he says people of viva should not look to replace papa wemba but instead as a unit maintain papa's philosophy because  individual replacement is not totally possible and gives example of how in wenge musica the leaders tried to replace him and one of the guys picked to replace him had to shift to animation role because everybody  is unique

Reddy helped to advocate Wemba in creating Nouvelle Écriture (95-96) so he could make use of the band as well (including his recruited musicians), especially as he was enjoying the huge successes of his two albums and receiving numerous concert contracts. He thought that being the only Cour Des Grands who wanted a base in Kin would help his case and elevate his status. Wemba then realized that this younger band would help revitalize him locally and compete directly with all the popular 4gen artists and groups.

Although Wemba gave his blessings to Reddy and Stino to record Fin d'exil, he made sure the album would be a flop and undermined them even more by focusing exclusively on his then chou chou Alphatchino, Nouvelle Écriture, and his young musical directors. At that point, Stino and Reddy, who were mostly loyal for almost 20 years, finally decided to leave Viva, although neither had true confidence in being a solo artist or a band leader. Reddy especially - a few years ago his entire band abandoned him. At the time Wemba didn't really acknowledge any departures of Cour Des Grands.

I think that that the same jealousy led to Wemba not wanting to feature anymore in Koffi's song around 1979 and to the intoxication of Manvuela and Bozi to create Yoka Lokole and the provocations towards Mbuta Mashakado & Manvuela with Isifi-cri's in the hope to rejoin Isifi, which led finally to the creation of Viva La Musica, after a fall out of Wemba's staff against Evoloko (who didn't changed his behaviour)
