Kabuya drunk and with ass hanging out in the streets, Leader Espoir turned out to be an ungrateful and liar baby, and by the other side after 20 years the fact that Koffi beats his dancers has come out, and now we see Férre refusing her own daughter over some girl just because he married her.
WHAT A HELL IS GOING ON WITH CONGOLESE MUSIC? When the music left the space to kindoki, bad heart, and all this kind of dirty tricks and dirty behaviour?
Even though Tabu Ley and Franco weren't saint, they always tried to compete in a correct way, without doing too much bad to theirselves and being respectful to everybody outside the music, King Kester, the same he wasn't a saint, but I never heard someone complaining about his behaviour outside of music, you go with Zaiko the same, it seems like from Koffi and after people in Congolese music think they are God and they can do whatever they wants without thinking to the consequences.

In all honesty the world is going to end and Jesus is coming back anytime soon, anyway concerning music it's just poor now, I watch videos from like 2000-2005 around these times what actually productivity whereas now with influx of the internet more time for stupidity, plus this mentality has been killed off "Union Fait La Force" no more teamwork it's just leaders getting praised and thinking of their own whereas in the past it was a bit teamwork, talent and productivity the 5th Generation has completely killed this philosophy which is sad.

I don't believe so I remember when BCBG got a European band for like 4/5 years they had produce that was a capable team Europe or not they did it now lack of artistic quality

Business as usual, however, thank video platforms and social media for making the lives of musicians very public. Like older journalists have stated years ago, normal for artists and normal for us are two different things.

There are some discrepancies in your statements -

The kindoki used during Franco's and Tabu's feud at it's peak was at a much higher level than the feuds of the 4&5 gen artists. Both had dozens of fetisheurs. Mind you, Franco fans had strong convictions that Tabu Ley was a factor in his illness and death. Both were know for trying to eliminate competition from young bands. Then there were the plausible accusations of Franco having his brother Bavon Marie Marie killed in 1970.

Zaiko in the late 70's - early 80's was Zaire's Rollings Stones in regards regular behind-the-scenes antics.

Kester was dogged in the early 2000s for his decision to leave his long time wife Liliane for a much younger Florence. Tabloid drama stemming from family issues had an impact on his health in the 2000's.

Like archos stated in the other thread, the act of disowning an unofficial child is something that is all too familiar. I've met a few grown children of artists in Europe and the US - in most cases they don't even have the phone number of their fathers. Their mothers are usually former dancers and video model who now have low level jobs. 

One of them happens to be a son of Papa Wemba in Brussels - his name is Koffi Olomide - born in 1977 and unfortunately became distant from his father because his Wemba had sparse contact with his mother and also because of his father's feud with the real Koffi.

you're right about that kindoki feud. I remember people claiming that Verckys Kiamuangana had thousands of severed heads in his home. 

That these bunch of irresponsible men slept with some fish brain women to bring so many children into this world and refusing to be responsible for them has not made this act a wonderful one. There is nothing to be proud of in this. Fine,it is not new.  We do not have to now see it as a normal act or behaviour exhibited by some indisciplined adults.

The witchcraft stuff is stupid, I saw a Leader Espoir interview couple days ago and he sounded ungrateful. If it wasn't for Fally he would still be in the streets with the other shegues. That is disgusting if Ferre really does that.

It is just appalling. I think we have to start praying for these people in our various closets for we are their fans and they are also our brothers and sisters.  We really need to pray for them. For if they could have a whiff of what God has deposited in each of them,they wouldn't go anywhere near anything demonic. It is well. People who do this end their lives in ignominy. After all the cheap diabolical fame;death ,misery and sickness would still humiliate you so it is not worth it in the end.

I really don't understand this thing of kindoki, and anyway, I think that what bring this guys to making like this is that they never get a no in their life, a part when Férre was in Wenge, he had the support of everybody except the Fally  fans, then for Koffi the ridicolous support showed that he can do whatever he wants without no one telling him to stop, and so on, Matebu5 maybe I express myself bad I meant that even though Emeneya and duo Tabu-Franco they weren't saints, they never missed respect for their sons but as you telling me maybe that belief is wrong too.
