This is beyond pathetic now; behind closed doors these mostly unemployed loudmouths listen to the music of the artists they try to block. If various artists unite to file a domestic terrorism claim against all Congolese combatants in the EU, this issue will be resolved rather quickly. It's a non-issue in the states and Canada

Ba zoba, they need to be stopped once and for all. I wonder what think of Fally now having two tours in the U.S. now.
Or moto asala le monde eza yo Nzambe tata, Kita okata po mokili trop matata, kata- Fally Ipupa

I have always said that a petition by a group of musicians cant work. Diplomatic channels by the DRC Government to all countries affected is the answer....that's how Government to Government relations work...

The first problem is that DRC government does not recognize the combatants as a political group, therefore they will not acknowledge any actions they take abroad. Instead of wasting bandwidth dissing politicians and artists from "lola", they need to return to mboka to actually make a difference on the political scene. A lot of these guys are ex-Mobutu relatives and associates

They've succeeded yet again.. the playback was cancelled

Fally instead had a much more prestigious RFI showcase with Tshimanga

and as usual they are celebrating it  as if it changed anything in DRC ... but all this is because  there are a lot of foolish things which have become normal in congolese community so such type of things keep happening
in a country of people thinking like normal human being this would have stopped by 2012 at least and turned into for example taking minutes in concerts to talk to people
i never thought somebody could get that much stick and very nasty things( the usual allusion to sacrificing his parents and co) just over a play back

... and now it has  turned as usual into saying  that they'll get fally beaten and he has 48 h or whatever to leave france because apparently one of his bodyguards reacted against one of the most agressive combattants
funny how these guys fight against dictatorship supposedly yet are dictators themselves its either you suck them and bow to them or they show their muscles and they are forgetting the ones who are suffering the most from their stuff is band members, what happened with lobeso would never have happened and so does the multiple solo careers with many putting their career in danger as they are not ready for it but the poor guys are exploding because their life has been put in massive danger with that situation since europe was were they would get decent tour bonus if the boss is in good mood plus the multiple gifts from fans in return of mentioning them

And why are these dumbasses threatening to beat up a musician? Is Fally the cause of DRC's political and socio-economic issues? This is sheer joblessness! They ought to have nipped these numskulls' activities in the bud long before they became this terrible!

indeed and the story of fally's bodyguard reacting is not even true apparently, these guys have destroyed one concert hall here in the past over a concert of werra and late papa wemba and thats how it all started
their tactic is the same threaten through several videos before event and use any opportunity to cause havoc the day of the event
toolz imagine even papy mboma the journalist who was in holiday here  was almost beaten  because he wanted to have fun so he went to a nightclub where it happened that fally had a playback there so they threatened him he had to leave the nightclub as they suspected him to be the presenter of fally's "concert" everything is a concert for them even clip recording will soon be a reason for attacks
few years ago guys came from all around europe to go in a small town of france  where wazekwa was just invited in a nightclub to have selfies with fans and sign autographs and they made it impossible for him to leave hotel
and what saddens me even more is fans of ferre and fabregas siding with them for the sake of polemique  they are not realising it  a very dangerous situation for  our music in general, this is way above level of childish banter

Seriously? I am lost for words,Archos! Are they that dumb not to know what a concert is? Wow! Illiteracy at its peak. Yet they are basking in the euphoria of this heavy ignorance calling themselves combattants.  Shameless bunch! Who started this combattants rubbish in the first place? It is so obvious these guys have got nothing in their heads but to cause violence and discredit people.
Archos, it is better Fabregas and his cohorts are disregarded for I don't think he is any different from the combattants.  Empty barrels!

They don't need to be inclined or be a political group to take action. They are a terrorist group that's it. Enough to take action.

indeed EMO from the jb failed zenith they are "winning" with help of police because there is fear in the country as terrorist threat started to rise few years ago and its still not over so the safe option is always to cancel the show to avoid trouble
in a different context i think it would have been different but i fault musicians and our authorities for not involving at all
for musicians they do not unite to do something and also because of their rivalries they'd rather all of them do not play there than one gets its sorted out and plays at zenith and it allows the rival to play at olympia or zenith months later,so they would be "on par"
