So he tried after the Bercy-tour to convice Do Akongo with money to comeback to Quartier Latin, but he refused. Koffi tried it the next 4 years, three times again (knowing his importance as songwriter "SOS, Coucou, Sens Inverse, Avion, Nostalgie & Telephone of Werra, Anissa of Binda Bass, etc."), but he was still refusing. For Beniko it was to late, because he was already in Academia and Koffi himself heard from guys who where close to him that he wantes never to talk to him again.

It was mboshi's work but cnn used that opportunity to earn himself a "name" by dissing mboshi who was already established

yes, Rita Dembo at that back from Anti Choc. Koffi regrets it and when journalist are talking about Quartier Latin he praises Beniko alot. 1 year ago he asked through a interview that he would be ever happy if Popoilpo returned to QL to coach guys like Poupa Mystique, like he did in the past with Lebou Kabuya, Felly Tyson & Rocky Blanchard.
