the music is definitely not up to par to the older productions. but i am admittedly still enjoying it going by my essays earlier in defense of seigneur trump lol. i have to say i don't know the age of most of the members of the forum. i am 29 so maybe i am keeping up with the contemporary stuff and finding merit in them, like the last generique "selfie",  and this new "nyataquance (trump)"

I am enjoying the part previewed in this video. If it has high tempo sebene at the end, I will enjoy the whole song. If it changes into de calle as it most likely will, I will listen only once and move on!!! Grand Maitre Archos, when is Nyataquance out? Anddoes it have rumbas the likes of Airways, Silivi and Washington or the mutations since Danger de Mort?

nyataquance is out in one week exactly,it has three-four generiques  a tribute song of koffi for his dad,an apology song for women about what happened in kenya,a song where he sings about his prison experience, plus two rumbas of him and cindy normally

So basically the album is going to be filled with the same old rhumba along with repetitive Generiques from time to time. Won't just to conclusions yet, but I have very low expectations. Hopefully despite that I still won't be as disappointed.

No one in this thread on this has judged the entire album yet, but he has previewed all the songs over the past couple weeks. He has broken no new ground over the past few years, using the same artistic direction

His current fanbase (Koffiphile/ette) around social media have been very enthusiastic so far, so he's undeniably doing things right by adapting to the times. Those of us who appreciate his older repertoire and use that as a reference are, in large, disappointed.

You have summed it right Matebu, if you are waiting for another effrakata then you are in for a big shock. Anyway times have changed and we got to change with it.
