There was also talk that the family of the Late Luambo demanded an exhorbitant percentage of any income the band made because they were using Franco's name, and the name TPOK Jazz.

Madilu was also said to have instisted that he should be the leader by virtue of marriage to one of Luambo's daughters.

Youlou Mabiala had long been gone from OK Jazz of Franco. My believe is that Youlou wanted to reclaim the name OK Jazz because his band was called Kamikaze Loningisa which was based on Youlou's 1975 classic song which was Kamikaze. But with Madilu, he wanted to have the band since he was the popular one at that point which led a big fallout between Simaro, Madilu and Josky also. Josky, Madilu and Simaro were the fore front people of OK Jazz but with issues of the Luambo's family, OK Jazz fell through and Simaro and Josky decided to form Bana OK without Madilu. So Simaro hired Elba Top A as "Madilu Sound Alike Singer" in the band Bana OK.
