Suzuki really loves singing Koffi's hit rhumbas at these chez Djonga concerts. Some Magie album numbers include Petit na London and Magie

For a resutrant/bar, the sound is pretty good. Willy still has it

I hope some of you chill with the "it doesn't matter, the only relevant star in town is Heritier" talk  ;D

These hasbeens get to play peacefully (I'll let let Titina slide) but the future (Heritier) gets threatened? Nah oyo eza collaboration na ba zobatattants.

Lol wasn't Suzuki not long ago criticizing or Suing Koffi? Lol like Manda said, those people in Europe singing other people's songs do have their own songs. They should sing their own songs( from QL, QL Akademia, even Titina's own solo albums)

I have nothing against these dudes but I don't like how they are free play while the Congo based ones are threatened. I think that some of the European based artists are in cohoots with the combattants.

No, you don't understand the difference. They're playing at a small resturant/bar for patrons that live in the common neighborhoods of Paris, Brussels, etc. The play here on a weekly basis as a lesiure activity and have normal wage jobs during the week. Most times they're not paid to perform.

Combattant or not, they see each other on a daily basis as they live in the same immigrant community (de facto), therefore why threaten your own physical neighbor?

They've been so hell-bent on blocking the Kinshasa-based artists because they dislike how they come into town, book a prestigious venue, get big hype and anticipation from the diaspora, profit heavily from ticket sales, and then return back to Kin. Meanwhile, they're mostly living on government benefits.

Their cause is driven by the jealousy of attention and profits the big artists used to get when they preformed there regularly.

If they (the has-beens you're referring to) were preforming at Olympia and Zenith without problems, they you'd have a valid point

Matebu, that's the hatred Wazekwa was talking about with Black people. Never like to see their peers succeed, there are many foreigners who are making good money here in the US but I'm not jealous or have hate for them, it's good to see people succeed (the right way). Those radical combattants need to get a life.
