New album, yes, but not due for a year or two. Apocalypse... nowadays there are plenty of better atalakous for Manda to choose from, he progressively lost his way when he went falsetto.

Manda is a well slept on artist period. He just came out with a new album last year. His previous album was a decade before that. At this rate we won't see another album for another 10 years. That's what pisses me off about these artists, especially the talented ones. They stay relevant by doing interviews and polemics between albums. Just release the music!

How will he do that, if there are not music-promoters anymore in DR Congo, if he doesn't have alot of donors like Koffi, Werra, JB, Ferre & Fally with his ex'collegues Werrason & JB Mpiana blocking his career.

Bad promoting is the reason Manda is left behind and I think it is only a pensiero that maybe he doesn't go deep down in hell and cimitery like Bill and others since this gives you the 50%/60% plus of the fame (Button, Bill, Fabregas and so on)

Bro... it's 2017.  You don't need promoters or even a record label anymore to get out there.  With digital services like Apple Music, Tidal, Spotify, independent artists have gotten a lot of music out there and have been able to eat quite well without the help of record labels or promoters.  Promoters? You have Facebook, Instagram, SnapChat... Social Media is your promotion. Believe it or not, he has a faithful following among white African music lovers.  As a matter of fact, a white man let me listen to Deliverance Totale a year or 2 before it was slated to come out.  If it's out, people will buy. The tools are there, he just has to use them.  The same goes for the other artists waiting on promoters to release their albums.

He needs the right people around him indeed.  The processes for these promoters are outdated.  People with smart phones aren't even listening to the radio anymore.  It's a sad realization but you have to adapt with the times and right now, everything is digital.
