The amount of haters ABM had on the old forum when it first came out still cracks me up  . When the first two songs leaked "Tsho" and "Bicarbonate" leaked a month prior, people were like "WTF is this RNB nonsense?" .

I liked nearly all of ABM rhumbas (Cadenas, Délibération, Mon Amour, 5eme Race, Catafalque), but the génériques were some of the weakest I ever heard from a big star.

QEDT has great rhumbas, and the génériques were pretty decent. So based on that, QEDT was the better album overall

I'm a Ferre guy but ADBM was better....it had hits  and my favourite rumbas like Nyokalese, Travelling Love, Cadena, Deliberation, 5em race, 1min....I can go on

Oriengo was getting on my nerves, Fally did improve on his generiques starting from Power. He has way too many animators, they all don't get enough space same with the singers.

It's a diffcult choice for me sometimes i prefer Qui est Derriere Toi above Arsenal des Belles Melodies and then there are days that I prefer Arsenal des Belles Melodies above Qui est Derriere Toi. I think that I go for Qui est Derriere Toi, despite that i forgot some songs, while I know all songs of Arsenal des Belles Melodies in my head from the start to the end. There is something missing in Arsenal des Belles Meldoes, but I don't know what. I think that it is because of those 3 generics (Bicarbonate, La Jungle & A2BM). I excepted really more because the way Fally was talking about it, it was like he was recording a second Operation Dragon or Droit de Veto. But Bicarbonate was a big succes in Europe, Africa, till this day people are dancing to it. I remember Ferre fans and his musicians mocking his generics. Ferre's generics were also big flops during the time that the album was released and everybody complaining about it, because they saw it like a big shame, since that he was seen as the son of Wenge Maison Mere, who was then always succeeding in making people dance. But it crazy to see people now dancing to it. Both generics are even better than all generics released since 2012.




I can say that 3eme Doigt, Maboko Pamba, Kamasutra, Zazou, Diki Diki & Jao Ndombele are already classics. I don't understand how Ferre didn't manageto  sold out Zenith, while Qui est Derriere Toi was a big succes.
