The guys who died recently were key members in administration who were waaaaay back there in the time, you just can't place a new kid, in the administration spot, MM doesn't work that way unless you are a singer, or a vital guitarist came new (Like Sarah Solo, Bicorine, Hugo Synthesis, Nicodem etc.) you will not get far

They got an assistant when his health deteriorated. The coloured guy has been ATD's assistant and then Pitchou does most of the marketing work, something ADT was previously helping out with though he was technical director and then shifted to focus so much on social media and conventional means of promotion. ADT and Sankara have never had very defined roles. They did and do (Sankara) a lot of errands. I would perfectly define them as personal assistants to Werra. The SG has already been replaced. Jeanoutte Katakata is new SG and the coloured guy takes up social and related media promotion. Golf Kizola will help out with euro-related works that ATD was doing while getting medical attention. So the admin team is intact.
