in short he is saying that he had disappeared because outside music,he likes to work but also to learn a lot about the juridic side of music and the potential income music can generate if all is well organised
because them wenge and most groups just did music like that based on talent without learning further things about music as a job,and his strongest desire is to organise things so that music becomes a proper job in DRC
according to what he has learned,musical groups on juridic field  have the status of non-profit organization so except the discipline rules almost nothing is really organized so he fights so that musical groups  become proper companies with  official salaries,copyright for every musician from the leader to the dancers because every of them can benefit according to law some rights automatically per concert or per album,insurance and so on...because in the current configuration people can come and go out of group like they want or be  kicked out unfairly since there are no contracts
he thinks global interest of our music is more important than being obsessed with his personal career
however,he sounded pretty annoyed with the way producer did not handle promotion of his album and did not respect a lot of things they had agreed and said that he is in contact with his lawyer and they will decide in coming days what to do and the producer can expect to hear about them, and that since things did not go as planned and since he is first and foremost a musician he is back into music and might release something else and will have concerts in kinshasa

Very good initiative on the part of Blaise to want to establish rules and institutions for Congolese music but I think that it will not be easy, some will put him sticks in the wheels.

His producer is not totally the cause of the lack of production, blaise himself does not make the production of his album at all.

Good idea from Blaise but he also has himself to blame for the promotional flop of his album. Rendekita is the best album released by anyone in years (yes I will debate the with people) he had to go to kin and promote it by doing interviews and so on but instead he goes quiet. Now that he’s back in kin I would like to hear new music and hopefully we’ll see him with Werra, Adolphe and Jb.

the problem with blaise,which had been existing since the last stages of wenge 4X4 is that blaise is torn between music,what he graduated at university for,plus the political/ administrative side of music/ culture he learn,he does not think  like a normal musician who has a carreer plan,if you look at it well he did two times what jb is hammered for(8/9 years between each album) and he is super relax with that
a lot of people did not know that  but throughout his 4X4 career especially since 1995 blaise missed 9 or so concerts to go work because he says his diploma have no value if he does nothing related to it

DRC artists aren't' taken care of properly like how it is in other countries, they need get all their rights from album sales, concerts done in DRC and start charging other artists money who perform their songs in concerts or use it albums (Mumpe generique for example). This reminds me of the interview Materazzi who was asked if he got any money from his song in Cursus and he said no, that shouldn't be the case all artists who participate in a song/album should always get residuals and when they die they're family should get it. Besides the mabanga money from selling a song I see no point of putting a song on album as a musician inside of a band unless the leader signs you up with SOCODA so you can get your residuals. Good initiative by Blaise Bula, hopes this gets done sooner rather then later in Congolese music.

Damn. So that guy (i forgot his name, must be something with Nzuji) just used Blaise Bula for the song of his wife and making the profile of his label bigger for having an album. I thought that he was a serious guy because of the way his granddad, father or oncle (I don't remember) Lunkuku Sampu (who used to be famous journalist in Zaire) talked about him and that guy being also a real muana poto (raised in Europe). I had also something like wow when I saw that guy's interview. He said that his label had a distribution-deal with Universal and that had worked with bigger artists,etc.

@Archos Blaise should have gone ahead to do promotion on his own since by law the producer breached his end of the deal, so the contract would be rendered null and void if Blaise declares a dispute based on that fact. I think he is just scared of the court processes and stress that come with such issues of breach of contracts. Otherwise, he has a strong case against the producer.
