It’s not Fally’s song, it’s Willy Zola’s, so that’s why. Fally told his band in 2015 that it was each band member’s job to promote their own song, which backfired completely and led to only the génériques being famous and/or viral.

Bad strategy, and because of that it may be 5 years until we see another F’Victeam album.

Why such a weird marketing strategy? Were the artist not motivated enough to do the self-promotion?

His musicians are not that motivated to be known like those who are in Wenge Maison Mere for example. Also the way Fally acted was very arrogant and disrespectful. A musician one asked if he could participate in his clip and Fally then sended a whatsapp video to insert in the clip. It was like Fally himself didn't want them to succeed.

When you keep repeating to people that you are a group of accompainment that Fally is the star and you are just his musicians etc. how do you think a diy strategy will turnout? Of course bad. I mean it doesn't seems like it but Fally's musicians are not the type of musicians motivated to succeed the way Wenge MM are

F'Victeam needs competition to bring the best in Fally and the team, otherwise they'll do the bare minimum with promotion and even the music. If someone proclaims to be the best and claims Fally's spot as the "King" and brings good music with a strong band, I'm sure it will send a ripple effect for everyone to come just as strong or be left out.

If they don't want to go above and beyond, why should Fally? Fair enough. I need Inoss'B to stop playing polite and form a band so he can publically challenge Fally for his spot. Everyone is literally trying to avoid direct competition with each other and the music is suffering

Bro. There is a reason why Innoss, Gaz, Rebo nd all those AfroCongo guys and girls are not having bands, the cost are too much expensive, it is not the 90's anymore when people accepted to work withno salary in hope to get on a Europe tour list and get gifts and presents by female fans, you havw to take in account that evry musician who have Congolese passport needs a VISA which needs to be scheduled months before and after that you put people in the hotels plus studioo time fee whihc is hourly, so immagine 15 congolese musician recording a 7 minutes long song you are spendind 20k to 30k Euros just for studios. Innoss could never be able to go on Europe tour if he had a big band, in fact in most of the conerts he uses a base or hse already local group members. Innoss is a smart kid. Fally's system is not built to have stats beside him. Even in the Atalaku section the only guy that people know beside the Congolese music fans is Kabuya because of his antics, Chsmpiom Djikapela, Anelka, Modogo and many others whi have featured or work with and for Fally are not even close to the level of stardom Fally has. Even Ferre is like that, I mean yes there are some good artists there but is just the Ferre group

NO and NO do not include Ferre and his band on this thread as the only band who has promoted his artists from day one and like we like to say he promoted them too high that some started to feel like they are Ferre and being chased by all the big groups.

The secret for this is simple give your artists good catchy vocals, let them express themselves in live concerts (which you rarely  see on Fally's concerts)and they can talk to your contacts without you the leader being upset.

Ferre's band is the only I say only band of this generation to promote their artists without songs Chikito, Nicodem, Sesele, Ilunga, Marchouse, Fisl meyiola, Djanny Pacha, Chico tracteur, Likinga, Patou tyhe list goes on and on

Fabrigas's artists were known mostly after their album which was good promo for them but Jetset of Ferre has been promoting with vocals

I laugh when people say FVicteam is like BCBG which I totally disagree as JB gave the Rio, Chai, Kibens and co good vocals, songs which had hits and fans of all groups knew who they were even if they did not like their appearances which lets be truthful was their downfall as Congolese music goes hand in hand with appearance but these guys gave good music so there we go its not hard Fally just does not like to have another to shine just him

Ouch! Like isn't it automatic that a leader has to feature in his musicians video for a song? That act of sending a whatsapp video is super impolite. Lol... I wud be surprised if that guy didn't leave the group.
