lol, look the way Alain Makaba said "there isn't a Wenge of Werra or a Wenge of JB". So weird to hear Makaba say that Titanic is ready for end June, but they ended it by releasing it in november 1998. Makaba is so harsh, refusing a possible integration/return of Werrason & Didier Masela to Wenge BCBG.

Wow, they are monters. Traveling from Tchad to Montreal through Paris, after performing there and having to travel the next day to Toronto with the train, giving a concert of min. 4h long.

It's a shame that Wenge BCBG didn't go to Japan. That would have brought Clan Wenge on another dimension like Clan Zaiko.

Btw its from Canada, that those problems started. When JB suddenly appointed Alain Mpela as Chef d'Orchestre without talking about it to Alain Makaba & Blaise Bula,.

i noticed exactly the same thing,and inthe past it was maison mere portraying jb badly for having only vip in gombe and praising the fact they play closer to majority of  population which is not rich,now the same people gave jb treatment for playing at bibwa and places like with small crowds for his dimension,and are quietly doing the same thing now po choix eza te

Yeah, Imagine a fara-fara concert of Wenge BCBG and Wenge Maison Mere on the same stage in 1999 at Stade des Martyrs or Bercy. But they would surely refuse. The guys of Clan Wenge are from another planet. Back in days, Tabacongo wanted to let Wenge El Paris and Wenge Musica4x4 on the same stage, wanting to put alot of money, but Werrason, JB, Makaba and Makaba all refused.

That would've been crazy. Both bands could have their best performances on the same stage and either one would still refuse to accept they had lost. Neither would their respective fans for that matter. You ain't lying when you say that Clan Wenge are strange men lol.

I think that they feared Marie Paul's powers, because he already done crazy things with his nkisi (getting all the public of them away when they were performing in Bandal after coming back from their Europe-tour of '92, getting all their public when they performed in Nsele and the public screaming "Roi Pele, Roi Pele" like they were hypnotized)

It could also be that they feared that Marie Paul would hold a eternel supremacy over them, in the case that they would lose the fara-fara, while he is a guy who comes from their band. So they could have refused it for these reasons.
