Lol.Clan Wenge and their 12. So the "Difficile a dire mais les tetes vont tomber" was directed at Titina. Funny enough yesterday morning I was listening to BCBG albums and kept wondering what it meant and who it was meant for and off course I got the answer thru this interview.Am thinking to myself the current musicians at BCBG are not ambitious, all this time that BCBG has not released an album, no one among them (especially the influential guys in JB's inner circle) has taken the opportunity to request for a solo album within the group. That would also test whether Mukulu is sincere when he says anyone can do a solo album provided they get permission.

Musicians are scared of what might happened after Metrau got blinded by the trio through spiritual attacks, because he participated on Abraham's album, they couldn't get Abraham so they hit their close friend. Nono Fudji had the chance to release a solo album but he refused and since then musicians have understood that making a solo album whitin the group will cause trouble

For me it all boils down to lack of ambition. Permission or not an artist worth his salt can't stay without new music (unless off course you are a JB Mpiana) for close to 10 years. Then where would you draw your relevance from. Lack of ambition is what separates the two groups of Wenge.

BCGG is a weird case. At this point, we need a PhD thesis to explain what happened with JB and that group. For instance, how can you waste a talent like Nono Fudji? 15 years ago, he had a very good buzz : guys respected him and the ladies were loving him. And he was a good singer. That's the recipe for success. So Why JB himself never tried try to produce an album for Fudji? Mystery. I start to suspect that JB enjoys the statu quo: a mediocre band with him being the only light.

The solo career furthermore it was made popular by Fally but before that Congolese music was always about collective groups or a leader with a band that will stay with him until his death. JB doesn't believe in solo projects but he is willing to produce people who asks him and since no one except Metrau and Ibrator asked him to produce his album or fund his concerts why bothering about it?
for me all are or were the same none of them was a soft guy, even the super funny tata had his share of thingslol people are funny, the same who said bcbg stories were boring and without buzz because bogus and co talked about good sides of jb are the same rejoicing that jimmy and dolin "expose" jb yet they are the same who get supppppppper furious when somebody exposes werra music until droit chemin was a JUNGLE,no mercy it still is but its different
