Being in Angola if you have a diploma or a particular skill can be good for your finance compare to Congo.
Angola's problem is that if you are poor or lose your job no one thinks about you, and Hospitals are just very bad, but at the same time if you are not a rich rich you just can't afford the best hospitals in Luanda who are private or go to Portugal and get cured there like politicians do

Normal angolans  go to South Africa or Namibia for medical care, greed and extreme capitalism has killed healthcare in Angola.

Is more like corruption. Angola is one of the few African countries (along with South Africa, usually Arab countries are owned by Saudi Arabia and Bantu African countries usually are owned by Europeans) who has access to all of his resources plus has a very important alliance with China since they are boh Communist-Capitalist countries. Angola could be a giant and get to the economy of Nigeria but Dos Santos and his daughter stole everything that was stealable. The new President tried to put s stop on that by aumenting the IVA (in English VAT) causing Angolans to get mad, but to be honest it is better like that. Because if he didn't do it Angola would have been in very bad economy. The fact is that in Angola like in many African countries if you are poor you can't afford anything and forget about living in Luanda which is the most expensive city in the world. Angola only needs to solve the poor people problem and it will be alright. I would love to go to see my family but I am  of bandidos (thiefs) my female cousin once there in vacation she got a gun pointed at her head and luckily.she had money to give to the bandidos, I have seen a video of a mister who got killed in plein centre and people were mad because no one wants to see a man killed
