Actually, he put the house on the make back in 2014, but couldn’t find a buyer. From my experience, housing that a complete customized by the owner cannot find buyers because not everything is in taste. Example - Michael Jordan’s completely custom Chicago house that been on sale for 8 years and lost more than half it’s value
Crazy to think how that could be the case as you would think that customized features in and out the house would add to the value of the house but it work out that way. I also understand as I wouldn't want the number 23 on my front gate.
