Why wouldn't people trust Eclispe as he is a bit older (if people want to do the age thing) and he's been there for over a decade now and is the chef. It's just that some musicians just want to listen to Wazekwa and nobody else even though the leader has a second in command which in a way is going against the leader.

Yes they have it hard to see him maintaining the same discipline rules when he has to cover for wazekwa lasting in europe,some of those who left almost physically manhandled him at times because he told them they had to miss rehearsal because they came 1H late,one even slapped him and pushed him to the floor which lead to straight firing ordered by wazekwa
