But I also heard that APPARENTLY Fally wasn’t that bothered about Kabuya staying, matter of fact he was somewhat glad because in Europe Kabuya somewhat became clean compared to the past, and in Kin he’s too unstable. No Tokoooss II is literally gonna be the same format as Tokoooss 1, remember it's not a Rumba album. Personally for me I think he should have a group because first and foremost he's a rumba artist and even he will tell you that, I think he needs to do away that whole groupe d'accompagnement BS talk, because they literally operate like a normal group, and he actually has potential stars in that group but they're not used much and over shadowed by the Atele and co. 
He was actually considering making F'Victeam a proper group during Libres Parcours days but he messed up along with the musicians because they failed to promote it properly and he himself didn't promote it because he felt it was their responsibility, now what kind of leader does that? can you imagine if Koffi, Jb and Werra in their primes did that? Say what you want about those three, but they would never ever do that back in the Golden days.

LOOOL no man, Madilu never brought his musicians to Europe and never gave them a group album, whilst Fally to his credit he always brings them on tours and gave them a group album and even during the summer let them record their own EP, whilst he could very easily just use session artists for both albums and tours.
That's something Jb wanted to originally do when Wenge was splitting, he wanted to do a solo career and just use session artists and only tour with Kibens,Boguys etc...
I don't know if it's necessarily sharing the spotlight, he just doesn't want to deal with ego's and he knows firsthand if he gives more spce to his musicians it can become a complete headache for him, which for example look at how many people have left Bcbg, WMM, QL and have attacked their ex bosses on TV even if it's an exaggeration
Or if you wanna go deeper in his generation look at how many musicians Ferre himself has lost and they went on TV to attack him and complaining about their treatment and salary and so on, same thing with Fabregas and his group, Lacoste and his group.
Like I said each time he considers making it a proper group something always happens that makes him change his mind, like that time his musicians ran away in Europe during their first or second tour, that other time the whole band was gonna stay until Celeo stepped in and saved things, their failure to promote their album and then them blaming Fally, there's been so many times.
Also you have to blame his staff and his other yes men who always tell him to not promote the guys because they will get big headed and leave.
My uncle who's a donor for many of the big artists was telling me that sometimes Fally thinks to himself that he wouldn't mind making it a serious group but then people convince him otherwise, and also nowadays every artist are too self centered compared to the past that it doesn't motivate anyone anymore.

Everything you said here is correct. I do think Fally needs to start claiming his group as a proper group instead of acting like they’re his session artists, he could do big things.

Guys F'VICTEAM is not a group for making stars Fally's music starts and end with Fally's music he never wanted to have a group in the first place these guys know they will never become somebody and are beta enough to accept their role in Fally's group
