just finished watching it on amazon prime, started off meehhhh and weird with their 30+ years on,but as it went on it grew on me
it will not be as iconic as the first  but decent still

I watched it yesterday and I loved it. Social Media was killing the movie yesterday saying it was trash, but I don't see what's bad about the film. People need to realise it won't be as good as the first one because they're from two completely different eras. Everyone's soooooo sensitive nowadays so you can't repeat the same jokes as the first film.

exactly,the first was legendary so it still is in people's mind but this one was pretty cool too,i would have loved any congolese artist in the singing part of davido(lol no offense to him) but whoever it would be would be just unbearable after that

Ehhh papa the noise we’d get from that artist, their staff, and their fans would be something else, I’d probably get off social media for a month 

I just finished watching it, it's a wonderful movie. It's so good to see my man Eddie Murphy back on screen.

If I were judging the movie from a true cinematography perspective, I’d say it’s a borderline campy movie - with a anticlimactic ending and one too many cliche references to the first film. However - this film shouldn’t be viewed that way - from a causal viewing perspective, it’s a fun film and I’m glad they got as much of the original staff as possible.

Clans warriors on the in internet are saying Fally should’ve performed instead of Davido

Nobody else could do a sequel 33! years after the original like they’ve done it must be said.

Eddie and Arsenio obviously did their thing with all the roles they planned; big shout out to Tracy Morgan also
