Am I the only one who feels that Fally has extremely decreased vocally? He used to sound much better in the past (QL to Power) but now he strains a lot and overly relies on autotune. I think poor technique is the reason for such a vocal decline.

I wouldn't say that he has extremely decreased vocally, but yes I do agree that he sounds different now. He still sounds good though, but different. I would agree with you and say poor technique is the issue as well as age, because he is getting a little bit older. Just like Koffi, his voice isn't the same like before because he's getting old now lol.

I don't think is due to age. Usually all the group members who have went solo have lost some voice quality, I don't think is due to age but due to not doing vocal training.
You can be the best singer in the world but if you don't train and keep recording song it will be heard

It’s because the guy keeps touring and is doing 98% of the singing himself at concerts. He hasn’t had a rest in over 2 years, so that’s why it’s affecting his voice a little bit. But to be fair he has brought his old voice back sometimes, like with his feat with Bozi Boziana the QL voice was still there and also when I went to U Arena I thought he sang really well. He just needs to rest because his tour dates all year round are insane.

I don't know about that tbh but he is under Elektra Music, and also under Warner which tbh just given how the record industry works it seems that he probably as you suggested does little to no money on his streaming and physical sales copy, tbh I have tried to find on the web but couldn't find anywhere what type of deal he signed, it seems that instead of directly signing to Warner, he was singed to AZ a subsidiary label of Universal before but after the label owner Julien Creuzard left AZ and Universal, making Fally Ipupa contract void, Julien created a new label called Elektra France with the Warner Music Group usually these type of  deal between the big labels and usually a guy who has his own label (like looking at America Birdman/Universal Kendrick Lamar Universal etc) usually work with 70% for the small label owner and 30% for the big label, for some deals w9th people who are particularly successful already for ex Birdman in recruiting new talents it can be 85/15 for the guy and 15% for the label.
So given this if Fally makes money if we take the 70/30% split it means that he is eating 70% of that pie, and I think that maybe Fally gets crumbs on this and recoup those money live. Because given Universal's name, usually artist who are the most successful make the least amount of money and the artist who makes real money are usually the guys who are signed to the full label, for example Drake with Universal and so on. But those artists who make big money with Universal also usually get a big flat fee taking USA for example is anything between a milion to 400 milion dollars and your name will be everywhere, but everything you do as an artist will be own by the label who will give you a small percentage , and given how Fally was immediately transfered to Elektra Records and Warner, I don't think Fally even knows what deal Julien and Warner have. So I can't say for certain but tbh I think he does it for having money and recoup something because tbh I don't see big labels giving a big percentage to Fally given how many labels he is signed to.

Listening to tokooos 2, & formule 7, you can hear in some songs his voice sounds raspy a bit! I don’t think fally smokes at all or drinks, but he should start healing his voice the hot tea remedies. Even recording with hot tea and honey

Indeed, he definitely needs to start recording after drinking hot tea and honey. I just listened to his featuring on the song “IFA” by Oxalade and was taken about by how bad his voice sounded. It  sounded raspy, tired, and even the autotune couldn’t embellish it. He needs vocal rest and lessons to regain his vocal prowess.
