Koffi-fans claims on Tiktok that Fally brought Nseka to Europe, in the hope to re-open the case with the dancers and use Nseka to tesify against Koffi, in order to prevent Koffi performing in Europe ever again. Maybe that Koffi was speculating the same thing behind the scenes, which probably explains why he came with the teaser, the day that Nseka died and his short reponse to Sango, when being asked about Nseka.

At the same time there was much drama. Suzuki claiming that they prevented former Quartier Latin-members and Koffi to visit Nseka in the hospital. But it got quickly denied by former Big Stars and Dymanique Asha bass-player Jean Lous Bikunda

This is insane, I don’t think Fally would go that far to sabotage Koffi but then again you never know with these leaders lol. About the the former quartier latin musicians I haven’t seen many of them even comment or post anything about Nseka, are some still holding a grudge over his snitching days?

I found it also strange. Because when Babia died, almost everyone made an interview. Maybe it's because of Nseka being an instrumentalist. But talking about the grudge, I think that Tshe-Tshe le Balle or someone else once said that Koffi sended Nseka to challenge Academia spiritually and Sam making the mistake about thinking that he was visiting them in a friendly way.

Talking about Babia's death, maybe they saw it as a great way to gain money, because his death created alot of buzz and there was alot of money involved. Back then there were not many youtube-channels like now and Tiktok didn't exist. So once someone does an interview, he would receive many phone-calls, donors and people that feel sorry giving money. Some also doing matolo during the mourning and funeral. Babia's brother recently revealed that musicians acted like they went to get Babia corpse from the Congo-Angola broder at Lufu, while they were just waiting at the road sign "Aurévoir Kinshasa". Looks like the ministry of culture doesn't put money anymore at funeral of artists, since Shakakongo passed away. The National Order of the Leopard also not giving posthum medals anymore. For example, Nono atalaku passed away just before Shakakongo, but is funeral was months later and he was Congo's first atalaku, but didn't receive a posthum medal for his work. Someone like Doudou Adoula deserve a medal for his work his did for +30 years.

Does the President appoint the Minister of Culture or is it an elected position? What do you think that bureau should do to better protect the artist aside from giving medals and paying for funerals? I feel like aside from the corruption that's common in government, the actual minister doesn't really know how to help musicians because he himself is not one

"The Ministry of Culture is not in charge of awarding medals. That responsibility lies with the National Order of the Leopard, which grants them to soldiers and civilians. It includes various sections, such as the Ordre du Mérite Agricole, Ordre de Mérite Civique, Croix de Bravoure, Ordre du Mérite Sportif, Croix Militaire, and Ordre du Mérite Arts, Sciences et Lettres, among others."

Congo is normally a semi-presidential republic like friends France, which is normally a balance between the president and prime-minister (but you know how Congo is). The President appoints the Prime Minister. The PM proposes ministers and the president appoints them. When coming to the minister of Culture, those who are appointed, have mostly not any experience with culture. Also the budget they receive is among the lowest from all ministries. So what almost all ministers of cultures does is just stealing money. Those coming from the art-section, painters and actors also complain that when it comes to culture, the focus always go to musicians (for example within Socoda) when its time to share peanuts and when for example an actor, writer or painter die, no any attention being there.

The ministry of Culture should organize festivals. How is it possible that a huge country as Congo doesn’t have a big music festival like Fespam in Brazzaville or Femua in Ivory Coast nor a festival to celebrate Rumba, which now on the Unesco list. Actors of the Salongo-generation always say that they inspired actors from the French-speaking countries (which I doubt alot), but there’s no film-festival like you used to have every year in Ouagadougou when Blaise Compaoré was in power. There also no any annual festival that celebrate our diversity in ethnicities/tribes. Really strange.

The ministry of Culture should support upcoming artists through, funding  a structure in each province that helps to develop the music, literature, film and theatre industry. Also building musichalls and studio’s in cities like Mbandaka, Kananga, Lodja, Kisangani, Isiro, Kamina, Lisala, Kalemie, etc. I don't know if there is a modern studio in Kisangani today, but back in the time of Zaire, many artists who were based there, had to travel to Uganda to record songs there. Some even stayed and created bands over there. Talking about the creation of structures, the problem with the creation of such structures is that Congolese people have now a different mentality and will probably steal money. Look at Barbara Kanam and Didier Masela they have a structure called “fonds de promotion culturel”, which is created to fund local artists, but did have heard any positive feedback ?
The ministry of culture also should put money in the promotion of the film and music industry abroad and start partnerships with South American, Asian and European countries.

I don’t think it’s due to Nseka being an instrumentalist because when Lebou died the whole QL clan did tributes to him including Koffi who did an IG post. They were all doing interviews with some members even crying on camera, but Passe Kosse it’s strange how quiet they are seeing as he’s one of the very few to have been with every QL generation.

Also about Babia you might be right because before Babia died the Europe based QL singers were rarely almost never performed together at those small halls and bars but after Babia died they started doing it constantly till now. Even Fally came to perform with them for once of Babia’s memorials which gained a lot of attention.

I think Babia's death shook everyone because of how young he was (he's only three years older than Fally). He was respected vocalist and well liked among his peers – even Koffi was hurt by his passing. It ended the severity of any beef that still lingered. I'm not saying they're best of friends but they're more cognizant of how unpredictable life is and the memories they made together...a lot of memories that we as fans are greatful for and the opportunities that brought them to Europe.

i think lowkey the clan latino is now divided in two around fally like the maison mere one is around ferre
champion has been doing the role late passe kosse was famous for,in reporting everything true or false the other guys of his generation or the previous said about fally,so a lot of guys are reluctant to get associated directly like fally because they are upset with champion's behaviour, and dont want to be under full order of somebody, you'll notice that even the guys from the martyrs invitation only those he brought to europe  stayed openly close, not that the rest has a particular problem with fally, but seems most are not liking the fact they are supposed to be under some control,so you'll have some of the noisiest people of the latino family like suzuki who will pop out to say something controversial
from what i can see and hear behind the scenes a lot of the guys do not like champion's cryptic messages about how they should all create a block under fally's power and kinda exposing them for not coming to join and stuff like that so the most mature might keep it silent like a sam or a modogo but then you might get a suzuki or a jordan kusa if asked speaking out saying something controversial
somebody like jipson even had to defend himself several times in his interviews since he's back in kin that he allegedly said that fally would flop at all his recent big concert

Lol, this is giving MPR-vibes hahahaha

The only thing missing is Fally sitting on a trone, Champion singing for him and former QL-members doing the chorus.
