With all of Koffi's concerts in Europe being cancelled due to him being blacklisted, why isn’t he strategically taking a break to make a comeback in 2 or 3 years? Instead, he could plan a concert for Cindy at l'Olympia or  Dôme de Paris, occasionally joining her to perform one or two songs. His beef with Mbilia is actually a good opportunity to let Cindy prove her worth. Apart from Abeti Masikini, no Congolese woman has ever done a solo show at the Zénith or Olympia

exactly but he needs to get rid first of his extreme competitive nature, and thinking he still is what he was in the previous decades
or for himself or both,he should try to do an album of original tchatcho,he has started getting the criticism about that since effrakata days and still has never looked back always tried only to be in tune with the market, while sometimes with your dimension you can impose yourself on the market, like how beyonce did a country music stuff, when the trend was becoming already to do songs with some african flavour thanks to the naija's rise in the states
making cindy sing in that one dimensional new version of tchatcho has not made her name evolved at all to the level it should have been compared to when koffi hypes her,the presidents of africa like he,everybody like her according to koffi, but if world was to stop tomorrow, for 18 years of career she is still so far behind mere tshala, mere mbilia, mama abeti, mpongo love

If Koffi treated Quartier Latin's and Cindy's careers as two separate entities, would she be better respected in Congolese music? Papa Wemba managed with Viva Le Musica, Nouvelle Ecriture, and Cour des Grands.

I think Joss Diena, Montana Kamenga, and other influencial members didn't make a strong case for the Les Mineurs, because losing Danger de Mort team and witnessing 5eme generation of musicians were a huge transformation in a year or so time.

All jokes aside, Cindy is talented, she's beautiful, but maybe being Koffi's girlfriend and protege spoiled her chances, because a lot of talented people got sidelined to put her as number two – no albums, just duets, and even her animating in the place of professionals. People got pissed...

Actually the problem is one person only:
Koffi Olomide himself.
Why? Because he is afraid if Cindy Le Coeur, she may end up like Fally Ipupa and we know how the relationship is between these two men even though Cindy is effectively Koffi's wife. The problem is that Koffi wants to be on top and wants everyone else at the bottom. His obsession with being on top is why Cindy Le Coeur has not gotten a chance to shine on her own.
