looool my big bro just made me laugh like mad i showed him the vid and he said this guy is capable of wanting to sing "alingi alela" and so on since he's pretty much shaped most of his big career in maison mere  and it almost sounds like he was just on a quick stepping stone in latino

Hopefully if they wear uniforms,it will not be those big ones like at ing where you could barely see who dances well
this could be a fantastic throwback if they have an harmonious outfit and both occupy their left and right spots for a while

I love how Brigade was directing the choreography and showing them how it’s done. Also Archon I strongly disagree with him almost sounding like he used Latino as a quick stepping stone lmaooo

Hearing them rehearse Code Pin and Piwawa and seeing Brigade and Kerozene next to each other took me straight back to 2003

Love to see it. Koffi’s discography bag is so deep he can pull out the classics albums and play for hours whenever the alumni is around. If only he could execute these in the concerts rather than making it a Cindy slow ballad exposition. The audience are there for his hits

Ya Bebe Kero is my guy since 2001, but it seems he needs a bit conditioning to get to his voice in tune. It’s not easy to be a falsetto with aging

yeah he needs some adjustment,it gets tougher with age just look at my guy genta since he switched to that range ever since he hit 40's sometimes you'd think he is suffocating lol
i hope that some of the internet noise makers will not come with some "kata brigade" BS because of his participation to koffi rehearsal

I am shocked! I really hope he gets a lot of space in the concert!

Brigade did Effrakata, Affaire d'Etat, Danger De Mort with QL. That is more of a stepping stone. Should be considered a solid stint. If am not wrong, In Maison Mere he did almost the same number of albums(Sous Sol, Temps Present-Mai Ya Sika and the Techno Malewa trilogy). What may make his WMMM career more prominent is that he had more catchy and memorable cris and they have been popularized in concerts way way more than his QL ones

Indeed i was saying it because of his own words(maybe he was saying it because of koffi werra not getting along)
i liked how he was invested though he did not come to be in his lane and show the rest of the guys that he was more popular than all of them he really took part to the rehearsal properly

I completely agree with you it’s not a stepping stone. Also people forget that him and Kerozene had their rivals Bill and Celeo on the ropes during that time in terms of competition.

Brigade himself is funny at times because a few years ago in all interviews he always said he considered himself a product of Latino that also passed through to maison mere.
I’ll never forget when it was the Europe Quartier Latin and wenge fara fara he refused to appear on stage with Celeo Aimelia and co and instead chose to participate with Mboshi Kusa Kerozene and co and he even did his soul sol cris onstage with them lol.

That combination was fire. If we are not being nostalgic about Tutu/Genta, Bill/Celeo, Somono/Mboshi and co, they could rank as one of the best animation teams in Congolese history or am I tripping?

Oh for sure when people talk about legendary Atalaku duo they’re up there along with Bill/Celeo, Somono/Mboshi, Tutu/Genta I’d put them on right after those guys or in the same conversation. Come to think of it out of all those names Somono/Mboshi have the most album collabs together since they did 5 albums together, closely followed by Bill/Celeo who did 4 albums together.
