yeah he moved away from his working formula,even before the yo pe and olandi and co,he used to have a rate of a strong hit every 2 3 songs now eversince yo pe and specially after his album he tried having wayyyy to much fun doing amapiano songs and so on and he's been able to have 5 6 successive songs not hitting it then he tried a bit of his old self with asalamalekum but no promotion,success in your fanbase is not sustainable longterm your fans will more or less appreciate what you put on the table because its you but ultimately its when you hit the all tendencies audience that your success has stronger foundation,fally and ferre are what they are today because their songs went above golois and warriors,just like him was getting there with yo pe olandi meme and all that
like bigbang said life with and without rebo also brought massive distraction in his career

fally and ferre have the sweetest ever generation run,rochereau and franco had zaiko OG's on their toes until they declined/passed away,koffi and wenge came and pressured the elders to death,jb and werra pulled the greatest rivalry ever then fally and ferre forced them into breaking it by showing they could replicate a lot of what they did,but its been 20 years now  and its chill,heritier and fabregas who were supposed to be the challengers are distracted from their mission
