Yeah, basically it's the combattants who took action I think through one member of parliament there,they want the courts to block the concert for security reasons so it looks like JB's producer is putting up a good fight with his lawyers.

Because of all the hype, this concert will be very sussessful.

producer also said that he will respect it if court says concert is forbidden and he hopes combatants will also respect if he gets authorisation

Yes,the courts have to decide since the combattants took the matter to court in order for the court to block the concert so if the court decides that the concert will go ahead, police will have an obligation to provide security without fail.

You mean the courts in paris can stop a concert of  this nature? What case have the combantants thrown to the lawyers?

The court has ruled that they have no powers to decide whether the concert should go ahead or not,it is a matter for the police to decide and most likely should be on the public order act if they have it in France so it's up to the police whether they have the manpower and resources to provide security or cancel the show if they don't have enough manpower.
Looking at the nature of the show, the police may decide that the concert goes ahead since it's for a noble cause and not for profit, I have a feeling the combattants will lose and it will be chance for the police to identify the culprits behind the so called moved ''combattants.''
