Alba  is an excellent rhythm guitarist. There are two reasons why his guitar was audible at this concert and at many others, firstly, he made sure that the sound engineer gave him more gain/volume on his mixer so the sound came out loud and secondly, Alba actually played mi-solo and not pure rhythm in the sebenes, he is one of the few rhythm guitarists that plays in sync with the soloist note for note but at a different tone and pitch, he even plays the soloists' signatures note for note, it's a difficult thing to do for a rhythm guitarist then he switches to rhythm as the sebene continues.

Yeah, it explains why he plays mi-solo in sebene and the reason why he played solo on his own album, I remember I asked who played when he first posted the generique on youtube and he responded that he played the solo himself on his album.
