i think so,if werra himself talks about it and seems pissed/diasppointed,and mentioned the name of the musician aswell( sometimes he rarely does lol) it means it's serious
but like i keep saying it wont surprise me if  he gets pressure from fans he might fear and take a foot back,after all its the fans who scared him and made him change his mind when he almost remained in paris after his two zeniths
