Shamala, I said that Ferre,Adolphe Dominguez, Didier Masela and Werra are the ones who co-founded Wenge Musica Maison Mere. I also said that when Ferre was in Maison Mere he sang more then Werra.I said that Werra was not a leader back in those days because he didn't sing a lot or did he play the guitar so how can he be a real musician or leader. I said that even though Werra is a good dancer he still can't hold a band by himself. And in albums he will sing like two short vocals in some songs and the rest he gives to his musicians even in the solo albums. So how is that a leader to someone?? I also said that if Werra wants to be on top he has to have his musicians do all the work for it to be something good. I said that Ferre did recruitment in Maison Mere because that was his band and he wanted his band to always be on top and full with talent. I concluded with saying that after Wenge 4x4 split he wanted to quit music because Werra himself knows that if he has no one with him or if he's not in a group then he will not make good music.

It's repeated a lot because it's the truth and nothing but the truth.

Jdog you are correct with werrason not doing a lot I agree with you but please stop with the favouritism ferre didn't co-found Wenge Musica Maison Mere it was 3 people (Werra, Adolphe and Didier Masela) hence why Ferre was not in the front cover of intervation rapide or neither was he given a song yes ferre later on became more influential and responsible for many things Maison Mere but in the beginning he didn't co-found anything he was a simple member of the group until 1999/2000 where as chef d'orchestre

Jdog, your bitterness towards Werra will give you blood pressure, you claim that Werra cannot sing, One of the songs which catapulted Maison Merre to fame was Chantal Switzerland go and listen to that song and hear for yourself who sings the biggest part, you can also listen to Kibuisa mpipa, a song would hit even without Ferres voice, Ferre should be thankful to Werra because without him he would not have been the musician he is.

Newside and Jdog, here is another twist to continue the argument,  Wenge Musica Maison Mere was formed by Adolphe Dominguez, Werrason, Ferre, Ali Mbonda, Christian Mabanga and they took with them Japonais Maladi.
Wenge Musica Maison Mere had 3 leaders namely Adolphe, Werra and Didier Masela. Later, Werrason fell out with 2 of his co-leaders Adolphe and Masela Who both left and formed their own bands Wenge Tonya Tonya and Wenge Musica respectively and that's how Werrason became a solo artist and his band was now called Wenge Maison Mere and Ferre Gola was his number 2.

On the other side, JB Mpiana who had left Wenge Musica BCBG 4x4 earlier with all financial support needed and almost the entire band and instrument formed his own group and named it Wenge BCBG and it has remained as Wenge BCBG even after the departure of some of the co-founders. Kiekiekiekie

SLY i don't understand how your throwing up names please let's be exact (By the way I'm not arguing trust trying to prove why I'm right  :)) Firstly Ferre Gola went to BCBG first, Christian Mwepu went to BCBG first, Ali Mbonda went to BCBG first and Japonais Maladi was in Paris he also had a short time with Wenge BCBG. Who was left alone Werra, Adolphe and Didier Masela these are the three who really created Wenge Musica Maison Mere with little intervention of Christian Mwepu. Now answer my question how on earth did young boy ferre 20/21 at the time co-founded Wenge Musica Maison Mere when he lacked experience, seriously this guy blossomed in Maison Mere and was excellent but he was not part of the foundation (creation-wise) he was a simple singer as jdt, ndombe, celeo and the rest.

I don't have no bitteness towards Werra, and the only reason Chantal Switzerland is because of Ferre's, Adjani,Didier Lacoste and Jdt,Baby Ndombe Serge Mabiala's vocals on the song... Werra needs other people for him to make good music because he is a faux chanteur.

Hahaha, you're totally right Newside, I just wanted to throw in another theory that others believe, there are many theories. ;D ;D
Indeed Wenge Musica Maison Mere was formed by Didier Masela,Werra and Adolphe however it must be noted that the three had literally nothing when JB went so they didn't create Maison Mere straight away, it took time so in between the time of the separation and creation of Maison Mere, people like Ferre,Ali Mbonda and others were knocking at BCBG's door. Ferre was rejected at BCBG and that's when he went to Werra who by then was now forming Maison Mere with Adolphe and Masela and they made Ferre almost like their JB Mpiana as he Ferre took all old vocals of JB and became their main singer so we cannot rule out the fact that Ferre helped Maison Mere be where it is today,if only Maison Mere fans can accept that but yes, Ferre was not a co-leader, he only became number 2 after Werrason now created Wenge Maison Mere, that is after the departure of Masela and Adolphe.

We are tired of crappy and silly comments about Le Roi De La Forret Le Phenomena Igwee, Werrason , WMM and their fans alone,  please leave them alone, it not necessary for all of us to share the same menu and taste, if you think yours is the best, it is up to your taste buds and your big mouth. Records speak volume as well as tremendous track record in the business. When did little " Shwetani" left WMMM and where is today? is it flat dead like other groups?

Many good musicians worked and left their signature at  WMMM and they went to commence their career the likes of Didier Masela, Adolph Dominguez, JDT, Bill Clinton, Baby Ndombwe, Celeo, Kapaya, Aimelia Lyase, Kabose, Lacoste,  Kusangila, the recent ones the likes of Brigade Sabbatini, Fabrigas, but no none of them are so  sarcastically like the Shetwan's followers why? We have the saying in our home that the stones are always thrown to the tree with nice and glittering fruits, otherwise shut up your big mouths and shows respect to some one who has sacrificed a lot and nurtured many talents Congolese musicians to what they are today.

Some one who is even recognized by the UN for his noble works and protection of marginalized street kids in Congo, Some one who has continued to make Congo and Africans so famous in African Pop Culture in World Circles, have you ever seen the tape of Obama and other respectable dignitaries dancing  to the tune of Werra's tune? Just Google and you will be bamboozled with your hatred heart.

Some one who has been relieving us with world stress for more than two decades with miracle music, innovative danceable sebene, atalaku and dancing styles. Please, if your suitable and delicious food is some one who talk and talk from commencement of the  music to end, we have nothing to abuse your egocentric flavors,  it is what you like, PLEASE US ALONE!

Back to the topic, was this piece of posted work recorded in Tanzania? I can see the script TZ. But I appreciate to some extent Werrason voicehas been waning compared to those days, it might be due to providing more time on business and administration issues, some times it may be difficult to keep the same pitch of sound for more than two decades, unless you are following strict diet plan for keeping your voice intact. But, it is not correct that he is a bad singer no! no! no! Further, also  we can not say he is the excellent singer, no! no!

But is the best commander, best CEO, best General, who can make and combine resources to perform at best, he can make the brigades to wage the smartest battles and win at ease.

He can rise from ashes and make very gigantic fortress, he has done this several times with WMMM.

I can see now days his voice is coming back to as used to be in those old glory days, we are happily waiting for our usual delicious bread!
