female dancers leader is chosen on charisma talent and experience,plus often (this might make you laugh but it's serious) the "cheftaine" of dancers is  one of leader's girfriends
 the choreographers,some are picked on experience,some are picked due to being sent by more experienced choreographers
for example,if a choreographer goes to a group for a test saying i was taught choreography by for example lambio-lambio one of the most experienced and popular choreographer
for example maitre mao the choreographer of werra's female dancers was recommended to werra by an older choreographer i forget his name
then you have for example,mulala in bcbg who already was the choreographer of wenge 4X4 so when  they were looking for a choreographer back in the zenith days they picked him

Jean marie lorero is a member of bcbg's administration,he works with secretary mbuta kiss kisolokele,his job as far as i know is buying plane tickets for group,the uniforms they wear when they do not wear primus t shirts stuff like that
