From my memory this got released in 1998 the same year with Force D'intervention Rapide if anything force came before this Talents latents album

I have done some research,both albums got released in 1998, I don't know the month for this one but Wenge Musica Maison Mere's Force d'intervention Rapide got released in November 1998. We have to go by Archos belief that all these guys were all mixing in the past so we shouldn't be surprised that some works appear elsewhere especially that back in the days,the same animation and dances would appear in different bands.

I have managed to find the whole album, Mozilla Firefox browser is quite handy. 
It's a very good album, Fally and Erick Tutsi come a long way!!!

He needs to talk to his former colleagues from the band. If he did all to re-issue this CD his friends would benefit a lot, they did a good job collectively.
