I think the guy is just following blindly. freemasons as far as I know don't use symbols and objects, it's the illuminati movement which uses all those symbols and signs. The freemasons are a secret organisation and what they do is secret and even their meetings are secret, whatever they do remains within their secret clubs which are more like business meetings. They believe that there is a supreme being out there but fail to admit that the supreme being is God.
