Some artists have backups and some don't (artists in all music) but in Werra's case I don't think he has a backup because he got really scared and he said his heart dropped.

I think they normally have back up,the only fear is that if a wrong character takes the hard drive then all the songs would be pirated.

This is why in today's times, you really need to have your own state of the art studio and recording unit. Backups should also just be on your external hard drive that you keep locked in a safe at an unknown location, known to yourself. Flash discs easily get lost because of their size......

Yes, it's just mind boggling, i don't understand why people like Werra have to travel to Europe to beg for mabanga in order to finance their projects. Werra, JB,Koffi and others can build decent studios instead of buying the Range Rovers they buy. They have enough money to buy generators to which turn on automatically when electricity is cut so there is no excuse really.

I am not insulting Congolese but what I have found about them is that they make money but want to only look good with flashy cars, clothes etc but yet ignore the basics. Sly do you know that Suke Chile recently snatched a CD of his album from me? Imagine, the guy does not have his last album Victoria Falls and yet it his him who is the main artist of the album. He does not even have a flash disc having his album in soft copy and yet he has been making money as manager of chez temba and getting cuts from promoting Congolese artists in Zambia.

Emo, you're right about us Congolese going for material things and dont even have the basics like a proper house and so on. Over here in America it's the same thing with African-American they buy a lot of material things like 400$ shoes but don't have their rent paid.
