We can say what we want, but I think he has been hurt in his PRIDE by Ferre words.

And want to prove to himself and others that he is more than  a Formateur/encadreur/thief of musiciens , but actually a singer.

Personally i don't think he as anything to prove but i think that's why he sing in every got damn rumba in this Group album.

basically you don't know how to sing and dance. And that they are competitor and colleague back then in MM days.

This was Deplik's song so I understand that Werra has decided to ''correct'' Deplik, it's better than the version Deplik released anyway.
