The musicians need to gather up videos where they are being threatened by these imbeciles and show this to the French authorities. Just like how they did to lock up spokespeople.

No, its not musicians, its the Congolese government to do that. Which government on earth deals with citizens of another country without engaging with their government?

Emo you're right, they should ask the Congolese government for help. They already ask them for help on other issues, so they should for this.

Then the musicians are not coordinating.  Why dont they get a piece of paper and petition the government by countersigning signatures?

they already did that,as far as i know,fally,jb,werra, wazekwa,ya jossart and a couple of less popular guys signed but  minister of culture never called them back

yes not at all,french president when he visited kinshasa promised  he would do something about it,but he's got already too much stuff to care about unfortunately lol

the combattants,the very same guys who  werra had to negotiate with to be "just" allowed to come see their families and some friends,who were waiting  at airports even with heavy snow to beat musicians

Wow those "people' are really messed up. Forbidding concerts is one thing but to block people from seeing their friends and family is way too far. Damn I wish some of those combattants worked at that one newspaper in Paris
