 i think maison mere(like most groups) recruit all year long except that theirs are broadcasted,our groups consider that the more you recruit and test the more you have chance to find gems which ends sometimes with  groups having 200 musicians(clan wenge)

I just wonder why Eboa Lotin who usually tests these musicians' improvisation skills is not awarded with a significant role in the band, he just looks so isolated, i will not be surprised to see the guy in Quartier Latin one day.

 i think he is not helped by the fact his looks are not great,and worse with his dancing skils,he actually danced decent at beginning when he had everything to prove to win his position in that generation of ferré and the transition to generation dominated by heritier(the era of jitrois teka...) but it seems he's got complacent

To be chief of discipline you need to have good looks? And Eboa dosent need to be a chief of discipline, reheresal etc. He can just be another good first team musician. His dancing skills isnt all that bad he's better then Bouton and Roum.

 i was not talking about those roles,i was talking about his contribution on stage,yes he dances better than them,but remember how werra was letting him remain in kinshasa in favour of a better dancer or even in  some kin concerts where he was sent at backstage when choreographies started

That's what I'm talking about why does need to have a title like chief of rehearsal, as long as he's in the first team and always featured in songs and concerts he should be fine.

Well, if someone has a significant role to play in the band then he should be recognised and rewarded but all we see is the boy Heritier being favoured and the other musicians forced to praise him too much yet he probably does nothing for the band apart from being Werra's preferred lead singer, more of being Ferre's heir in that position. Anyway,we hope one day he's seen to be valued especially since Heritier is now gone so when positions shift about maybe Eboa will be squeezed into some position of authority.

Thankyou Big Sly for bringing this up...This has been bothering me for quiet sometime now...Eboa's deserves better in WMM. What a humble servant he is.
