The engineer has a good voice , I heard one of them say the album is coming out in December.

Which engineer and how do you know he's an engineer? You mean whoever is the Artistic Director speaking outside the booth through the mic? or the guy behind the boy singing? The sound engineer simply sits and monitors and manipulates the sound if necessary behind the desk watching the monitor. The direction of the flow is controlled by the Artistic Director or the singers themselves.
