Another talented artist with a big future he better leave BCBG otherwise he'll become deadwood what it is the BCBG leader waiting to release the group album gosh this man my patience has finished with him along time ago! slow coach

One thing i have seen that most people don't understand is that one may be an excellent singer and will shine whilst in a band but for as long as they don't create their own fanbase whilst still in a big band, they will not go anywhere! The likes of Fally,Ferre,Bill Clinton and Heritier Watanabe  had big fan bases before leaving. Fabregas who is now bringing shocks seems to be the lucky one and it's mainly to his unique style of singing, his first album was of high standard but he still wasn't that popular till he released his last album with the generique Ya Mado which went viral and that made him an instant star, most people don't even know the rest of the songs on the Ya Mado album. What am trying to say is that all these boys are not guaranteed any success just because they are good singers and dancers. What is the point of rushing to become a solo artist when you know you will struggle to raise finances to record, create a good fanbase to sell your albums to, if he rushes he may end up like others before him. We know of so many good singers out their struggling to sell their CD's even to their own family members.

Yes you are correct but you know when it's in BCBG it's a different story all these guys were completely lucky they played in golden era were albums were dropping like water hitting a bathtub, now in BCBG you have to wait at least 5/7 years for songs to come out the guy has done over 10 years if not 8/9 and has one song what is this I'd rather have him putting in effort on his own then waiting for his leader to release the album at pace 0.1 mph

Congolese music records do not sell anymore infact most music, people get pirated copies of albums and others download or convert from youtube etc so musicians are surviving through concerts and contracts with breweries etc where they are guaranteed some income and it is good income actually, what band can this boy create?

Amongst the top stars in Congo, JB Mpiana is the laziest musician and the fact is that he is simply a singer but a good leader who provides good leadership and recognises all his staff as assets. JB Mpiana and his staff have shared vision, yes, they ,may look stupid but the mere fact that they have remained relevant even today means they are not an ordinary band. They are still able to release decent work which stands the test of time that's why they still compete with the most active and workaholic bands. JB Mpiana seems focussed on providing entertainment in a relaxed style, i think his personal fortunes outside music have made him not rely too much on music hence the laziness but he is no fool!

JB is not a fool of course I just don't support his philosophy when it comes to discography it is below par which is shame because he has enormous talent along with his band waiting waiting and waiting isn't too good because he and his group have bags of material to release it is not as if he has nothing and has to start from scratch anyway his career is already solidified but the young boys need to be discovered more as they have talent but with the prolonging as usual fans will forget yes there many problems internet, downloads, lack of hard copy sales but regardless they can still release, his going as if his about to release Titanic Vol.2 come on release. You understand what I'm trying to convey. 

JB Mpiana has said it himself and quote ''I will not hold anyone, if anyone in my band thinks they can make it on their own, they are free to tell me and i will support them, I have Boguys Bompema and Abraham Mignon who came up to me and said they want to work on their own projects and they got my blessings. Our soloist and the longest serving member of the band, Maitre Ficarre has approached me that he wants to work on a solo project and i have given him my blessings too but in the meantime, he will first complete the works we started on our forthcoming album  Balle de Match. I give all my musicians opportunities to shine and that is why I have kept postponing my solo album for 10 years now.....''    these were JB's words in an interview on youtube not so long ago.

actually fudji "refused" an opportunity to do an album one year or so ago ,he explained to jb he is not ready yet for the level he wants a potential album to be at so he'll wait a bit more
i think jb himself knows he will never change his policy of releasing album 4/5 years after so he wanted to give an opportunity to the two most promising guys of his group

That policy should be for himself not the group silly, I'm the guys not perfect including me with advice and help things will be better always room for improvement
