I think Fally should create a substitute team quite like Les Pipiyu of Wenge BCBG, I think that would him a lot not say his lacking anything as an artist but for the sake of his group which in my opinion haven't been strong enough yesterday I had a strong debate with friends and family about his group and many of them claiming Fally's group is nothing but there is something there but substitute would add suspense and more talent. 

I'd write of Fally for his recruiting though he should hire someone responsible for recruiting somebody like Kisindjora or someone of the same caliber I think Fally isn't strong in that department. 

one thing people often forget about fally is that he basically did not know his career would change that fast,so he went first and foremost for his friends he's struggled big time with ,who would not mind helping him out on stage whenever he needs them as the street groups they were in had all fallen apart or professional groups  delta force for djino liaki or pierrette adams band for alvarito and was not having that much concerts at the beginning
its only recently when he started having complete years of tour scheduled in advance that he started recruiting with same criteria than other groups,and you'll notice that a vast majority of those recruited in that period are closer to what people expect of our musicians(except guys who dont give a damn like kabuya )

 Defense is set its the offence that needs tweaking...
