its an old interview which i just saw recently and i liked a couple of  things he talked about in the last minutes of interview
he said he is not a guy who is obssessed with success at all costs which is why he is not interested in singing sexual stuff to get more attention for his songs but he admits that those guys have to exist since there are people who like that,but as for him he does not like to give that impression that music is a world where debauchery is the norm and he is proud that a couple of books have been written about him already and a lot of students are working with him on essays about his style and philosophy
he is  asked why he never shows how comfortable his life is with cars and houses and so on and gives impression of a guy who has nothing compared to other stars,he first jokes about his sunglasses and its price and goes on to say more seriously he does not find it normal to show up with his wealth while 95 per cent of those who follow music are jobless because the country is having a lot of problems,its like mocking them and pissing them off,or also have some arrogant behaviour towards people in streets while in their nice cars,he says artists should not forget they became how they are today thanks to those supposedly lower class people
also maybe because he has been used to cars since his childhood he is not impressed at all with it,for him its just a way to move from a place to another and maybe those type of behaviour some artists show is because they never believed they'd have that comfort one day so it gets to their head
he has houses( 14 in total) but he does not see how talking about it can have any influence on his music
he is then asked about his house employee who is named antoine and says its pure coincidence,because the guy does not have koffi's face,is not from the same region,absolutely nothing to do with koffi and his name is really antoine but it would have been evil from him to reject the guy when he applied for a job just because of his name,he respects his employee and considers him like a brother
and he insists that antoine koffi olomide is one of our greatest artists who made DRC proud abroad and he will never ever say anything bad about him outside of his behaviour,he has a lot of  things koffi did which hurt him especially how he almost died because of spiritual attacks,but for his own good he does not want to be close to him anymore

Must be frustrating to have been hounded by Koffi-related questions from journalists since the late 90s.

He's been, for the most part, very diplomatic with his responses in recent years.

 yes recently he complained about that he said koffi had fallouts with most of the big stars but he does not understand why its only with him that there is constantly questions about koffi and journalists rarely let it go like that if he does not respond and whether other guys clearly tell interviewers not to ask them about koffi before recording
recently he even removed his glasses and shook the hand of one journalist to thank him for not having talked about koffi which could destroy the good mood they were in especially as just before his turn merveille rambo attacked him minutes ago

14 houses where? And so what if he has an employee by the name of Antoine and he looks like Koffi and is from the same region as him.

he has a couple of houses he uses himself and family members then the rest he rents it,lol wazekwa is a true mukongo
those houses were even shown on tv by one journalist while some were still being built and he was not too happy about it
