I think this boy just wants chance to shine ahead of the other older atalukus so he is praising and going by Genta's side so that he is in good books otherwise i don't don't think Genta can teach this boy anything, there styles are different.

not necessarily teaching him animation in itself but its actually genta who has pushed for jb to take him seriously and who gives  some tips about stage and studio experience
genta has also taken him into his  intensive 10+ hours daily rehearsals which is a big sign or also on some of the concerts bcbg had in other congo cities they were the two atalakus picked but then genta would at some point leave stage and watch him from crowd doing it on his own then give him
also for now the little guy seems quite level headed and naturally a very polite guy,being by far younger than all except josky surely has an influence aswell

Sly, I concur with you but them being board of directors? Those guys have killed the band beyond any recognition. They have to go in oblivion.....and I mean oblivion like smoke fading in the sky.

Kiekiekie, the fact is that they are JB's friends not employees so maybe like the likes of Sir Bobby Charlton and Sir Alex Ferguson at Man U,they can be made Directors so that they are retained as advisers to JB since he loves them too much!

yes indeed,like late baja he suffered from mbasu (both) coming from one of the more recent bodyguards  who aimed for bigger role and he was healed by pastor walesa and decided to work for him,and that other guy fired straight away
