Like title says, according to inside infos around le quadra, he is starting to "fear his time is coming" and he wants to prepare it as much as he can,and on the musical field,he vows to reconcile with his enemies so that one day he leaves in peace
in the past he had tried with jb but jb ignored his messages still very hurt with how koffi attacked him on his physique and deepest private life which for him is a point of no return,he tried in the past months with wazekwa and it was about to work but wazekwa was hurt by the fact koffi still refused to talk positively for once in a while about him while koffi apparently promised he'd do something symbolic to show to his young brother he wants to move on from past beefs and also by the fact common friends reported to wazekwa some bad things koffi apparently said ,so wazekwa went back to his radical mode
for ferre its different,surely being old enough to be ferre's father koffi apparently considered that its ferre who has to come and beg and apologize for having disrespected him in premier soin but he also wants to move on from it
for karmapa,it has never really been some deep deep hate rather some things here and there,last one being karmapa being given a little bit of trouble(police custody and things like that) over caligula,karmapa respects koffi as an artist but says in interviews that he has no problem with koffi but he just does not want to anywhere near him because he sees him as a troublesome person
koffi thought(like a lot of people) that caligula was tailor made for him and karmapa is hurt by how koffi sent kisindjora and other spokesmen to go very hard and low about him and how koffi belittles him and talks about him like a little boy jealous of the megastar he is while he is just two years younger
but apparently koffi vows to overcome all that and has asked papa verckys to help him in that cause,and it had started with zacle bababaswe but with verckys' age and health issues there is a committee being organised with probably at its head shaka kongo to hopefully reach that goal

Bo lukaka makabu ehhhhhh azwi.. I hace never been a mopao hater bur this time i will say that. Koffi has hurt other artists sometimes for no reason.. Its time for him to suffer too.how many time has broken deals and promises. He is suelly a good Musician but just not a good person period.. I dont see any reconciliation between jb and him..jb may possibly forgive him but surely not because "good friends" like they used to.. Werra dont have any beef with koffi..in fact have always been on and off sometime to hurt his friend jb an co that do not get along with koffi..when it comes to Mr google and karmapa, a little recognition from koffi will do the job.

I don’t see anything wrong with this idea, life’s too short let bygones be bygones. When Koffi wants to be he’s actually a nice and cool guy. If I was him I’d invite all those guys for his concert at Paris La Défense.
I actually hope Koffi’s time doesn’t come ANYTIME soon he’s still keeping himself in shape.

Koffi Olomide is a bad guy period. He has hurt so many people and he has always done everything to create conflict for his own benefit. He once had a little heart but he is so soulless now. Nobody wants to be near him and it is sad. Koffi has proven over and over, he has too hatred in his heart. He just has no capacity to change in a genuine way. However I hope Koffi can be a better husband and father. That is best he can do now.

I guess he insulted all you guys personally with the way you describe being intimately being involved in these polemics.
We (Africans) don’t progress as people because we’re so caught up in holding grudges. I see this happening on a personal level all the time. Not every grievance has to be taken to the grave.

You took the words right out my mouth, so much Koffi-Phobes on this forum..... it’s unbelievable, acting like every other artist is a saint and koffi’s the only bad egg SMH. Most of y’all don’t even know him personally to be calling him all types of names.

lol guys chill please,i think we should encourage him,yes he has an history of "hidden agenda reconciliation" but i believe he is not the same person at 63 years old,we should at least give him benefit of doubt this time
also guys who are "hurt" by negative comments,i think we should not go too hard on them either,unfortunately with stars you have people who worship you,people who love you,people who cant stand you sometimes,people who hate you....

I don't know why when an artist gets criticized for his beahviours all of a sudden the forum become a Something-phobe place.
In this forum every artist gets criticized if they do some dumb shit.

We are used to that standard, in fact we all agreed on Zaiko's new album excellent tunes, on Rendekita by Ingegneur Blaise Bula being a success, of Fally Ipupa great success with original, of JB's great EP containing Tetuka/Je Ne Te Calcule Pas/Eccaufement, Correction and Ngunzama and finally on Werra's great album 7 jours de la semaine.

Koffi is lucky to have lived all this time knowing what he does and what he did in the past. I think (like all the Congolese leaders) seeing DJ Arafat passing really waked him up and made him realize that life is short and you don't need to be Macchiavelli an about it when you are that old

If someone wrongs you, whatever the reason, they lose the moral advantage in your eyes. If they recognize their fault and ask for forgiveness, they regain some of that moral ground. If you refuse to engage that request you also lose the moral advantage. Koffi on a personal level is a clown of a person and will pay for his sins as the deity so wishes. If God forgives, then man should too and I don't think the huffing and puffing here is gonna change anything. And judging from the emotional outbursts on this forum, one may think Koffi asked for forgiveness from our bloggers here. If Koffi did not personally ask for you to forgive him then kindly stop mourning more than the bereaved.

Why are people getting mad?
People don't trust Koffi! And it's his own fault! Koffi been playing the "sorry I was wrong, let's be friends again and I'll stab you in the back later" game for decades.
So it's normal for people to be wary of him.
However, I hope he's sincere. And we need him to act like that since he's one the last "giants" alive. However, he'll need to show his good faith. Not the usual sweet talk on TV.
But I hope the reconciliation will be real and we will hopefully get something good out of it, eve, for his Bercy!

My point is that Koffi Olomide needs to focus one thing that will matter to him more. It is family. He has issues with some of his elder children which is unacceptable. He needs to work on that first. He needs to stop allowing his resentments towards their mothers to get in the way of his relationship with those kids. He needs to pray to God to help him heal and reconcile with those elder kids. That is very important.
Secondly he needs to have a intervention with help of Didi Stone to organize a family meeting with her, Cindy Le Coeur, Aliya and other children to discuss their issues and hopefully that they will heal their resentments towards each other and they will be a family again for Koffi's sake. Make sure that they can respect one another to make Koffi more happier. He can use the examples of the deaths of his father and brother Didi Olomide to say that they need to be there for one another.
If Koffi wants to have peace, he needs to focus on reconciling with his elder kids. That will make Koffi's life more meaningful. I want the best for Koffi absolutely but family is first.

You know if you have a happy or at least a stable home, your whole attitude radiates everywhere. I think he needs to start at home.
