Could you job my memory? How come Zacle is considered an instigator of beef in Congolese music? Is his style of reporting entertainment news similar to TMZ?

I think Zacharie was always an idiot but Zacle knew how to hide his stupidity. It is just fame has exposed of who he always was. A good useful idiot.
For Felix, Felix was preparing to be a big star that he is today. I think it was after Bonjour Monsieur came out.

Zachary is the one who destroyed congolese music journalism. He came from the last generation of congolese music journalists following the classic model created by their elders. If you look at early Zachary interviews, he's very collected, respectful and calm.
But in the late 90's, Zachary understood that congolese society was imploding, so he took that opportunity by making himself a pioneer in trash journalism. He created a show called "Feux-Vert", which was extremely successful. And this show openly praised beefs aka "polemiques". It normalized vulgarity and idiocy in music journalism.
Zachary paved the way for all the vulgarity displayed today by all these idiots roaming the internet and calling themselves analysts. He's their father.
Just for that, he deserved to be in jail.

i would not hold him for responsible but rather the congolese society evolved,the end of mobutu reign and debut of afdl era and the kabila's also marked a turn in congolese population which used to be controlled and forced to be polite and correct,and with the globalization and things like that unleashed their wild side,proof is the current state of congolese media when zacle retired is a million times worse than in the days of zacle's prime
