Petit Mais Costaud isn't Herman's song. It a song which was credited to Espe Bass, who put 2 songs as co-founder of Extra Musica on the La Main Noire album (Eternite d'Amour & Petit Mais Costaud). Herman was just the leader singer on that song, like the way he was on Etape and various other Extra Musica songs who were credited to Espe Bass, Durrel Loemba & Roga Roga.

Okay. It's also sad that he didn't put a song in Etat Major while he was already member of them.

Did Arafat or Papy Bastin ever get a song during his time with Extra Musica? Papy Bastin should have gotten a song on Obligatoire, he wrote for Espe Bass and Rama and he even did mabanga for Redoutable.

Arafat put only 72 minutes de silence. Papy Bastin was the songwriter of Laissez Passer, Gambala and Fondation Muller but it credited to Kila Mbongo & Rama.

Papy Bastin was a “nouveau”, so he hadn’t any right to put songs credited to him. Only those who were the co-founders and who joined Extra Musica before the 1998-split had the right to do that.
Arafat was an atalaku, so he was coming with cries. So automatically contribute to generics.But all the generics (Trop c’est Trop, Obligatoire and La Main Noire) were credited to Roga Roga as author (he has the right to be credited as composer since that he creates to sebenes, but not as author, because those cries didn’t came from him). On La Main Noire, he got the chance to put a song, because was the one of “les doyens”. being there already since 1999, after leaving Extra Musica International. So he put 72 Minutes de Silence on that album which was dedicated to donor Coco Presley.

The Zenith-show was before the recordings of Trop c’est Trop. The Zenith-show was somewhere in February 2001 with the records of that album starting in spring of the same year.
Congolese bands were never recording there albums before big events, except if they were recording in their homeland, which would became more frequent the last years before the combattans-ban, because of the difficulty to get visa’s.
